Clive D. Cashin

Internationally experienced Chartered Mechanical Engineer and senior leader with developmental experience with multi-national and multi-disciplinary teams. Clive has over 30 years’ experience in transport systems engineering, asset management, operations & maintenance, and organisational transformation within safety critical industries. A Fellow of both the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and Institution of Engineering & Technology, Clive is a lecturer for the University of Birmingham on a number of Post Graduate programmes and has lectured internationally in transport systems engineering and people and business development. Clive is a PhD researcher in the field of developing professional engineers for senior leadership positions. He also acts as technical expert witness in international arbitrations and other legal disputes.

Clive has worked in Saudi Arabia for almost 6 years with Serco supporting teams on large transport and government projects. He is passionate about developing the competence of young talent in order to support realisation of their full potential.
