Moussa is a seasoned cost and commercial management professional and has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2016.
Moussa has worked for top Consultants Developers and Clients operating in the UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the Middle East. He gained experience in residential, retail, infrastructure, hospitality and leisure and entertainment sectors in addition to heritage and culture experience through working with and advising clients like Meraas, Al Futtaim, Emaar in addition to consultants like AECOM, Gleeds and KEO.
Moussa takes interest in infrastructure, sustainability, smart cities and people focused design and believes in the active role of the RICS in supporting such practices within the built environment and equipping the future and current generation of professionals with the necessary skills and understanding to help them contribute positively to this through their practice of surveying.
