Paul Bogan has over 20 years of experience in innovative, technology enabled solutions in both the private and public sector across the UK and Middle East. Paul completed his MBA in 2017 from Hult International Business School and in October 2019, joined Serco Middle East as Chief Digital Officer.

Reporting directly to the CEO, Paul’s role is to define, shape and grow Serco Middle East’s technological capability and in turn, develop comprehensive, innovative and forward-
thinking solutions for both our clients and their end users. Paul is responsible for aspects such as Digital Asset Management, Workforce Management and use of Big Data to drive the expansion of the company’s technology offering.

Driven by a passion for technology, Paul’s breadth of knowledge and experience is vital to the advancement of Serco Middle East’s value propositions. Building upon his experience of working with international consultancies to deliver technological solutions to clients across the Middle East, Paul will design and set up new technology focused service lines to drive new revenue and high margin growth for the business.
