She has been with the company for two years, and is committed to aligning the AtkinsRéalis business growth in Saudi Arabia with Vision 2030.  Being half Saudi and half English, she exceeds in communication and cultural knowledge, along with a blend of self-motivation and conscientious reliability.

As part of her role, Reem spearheads the Saudi Graduate Development Program that aims to build local talent in engineering, design and project management through technical knowledge and live project experience. Her influential role extends to managing and supervising business support in KSA, ensuring seamless business operations across diverse locations.
