Rita Zeineddine

Rita Zeineddine is Senior Architecture Director for the Red Sea Global (RSG). a closed joint stock company wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund. She oversees the design development of many luxury resorts for a new international luxury tourism destination set along the Red Sea as part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030

With over 25 years of architectural and urban design experience in both Europe and the Middle East, ranging from skyscrapers to mix use developments, housng design and industrial architecture, providing expertise in conceptual design, architectural space planning and urban planning. In the Master Plan projects, she applied Sustainability /LEED principles as project requirement. Rita strength lie in the Design, Management, hospitality planning and delivery.

Previous positions include Design Director for Atkins Global where she brought extensive experience of hotels, service apartments and luxuries residential buildings.

Hospitality Market sector Lead| and Director for AECOM, leading all Hospitality projects from pre concept to turn keys, as well preparation of feasabilty and scope of work.

RMJM | Design manager, a Design and innovation leader managed mega to medium size projects and worked intensive in Hotel planning and different hotel Operators

Rita holds a MA in Architecture from the University of Hamburg, Germany.
